Here is a sample of some outstanding user requests and bug reports- over time, some will be doable/addressable, and some not. This is just a public summary so people can see the scope of what's asked, and also maybe avoid redundant req's on some major ones. For some background or more detailed discussion on some of them, try searching the forum for older posts.

Engineers are not just working on these, they are doing some other important/priority backend stuff too. Like, arranging additional space.

Some bugs:
* Stream links on left hand side, not flash player- contain redundant lines (vbr/64K)
* Chipmunk speed on flash player streams for new derivs- fixed overall, but many derivs 5/11-22/06 need individual repair (~200 still on to-do list)
* Zips aka whole-show "Lossless" links often not available- please note *deliberate* for now in many cases

Some features:
* Browse band/year, top user req: some closer analogue of old version of old browse page- 6/5/06, a feature is now available from any band's "Collection" page, as "Browse by Year."
* Better help understanding/finding checkout link later
* More Customizable SE- filter to items with mp3s/streams; view source field instead of description field (setlists) [source view toggle added- still need taper field]; have that source view on "other copies" links; ditch "relevance" default; reverse-date sort option via click without manually tweaking url; shows pages of results across top as well as bottom; change color?
* display uploader of item, publicly on item
* once zip/whole show d/l function is back, add txt/md5 to it
* Autoresponse: Ability to opt out of messages like "Your item has been reviewed"
* Better guidance on Licensing confusion
* Streams: true gapless streaming, ogg streams

Thanks Diana - my intentions exactly. Feel free to edit/bump this thread as needed so it stays visible. :)

out of curiosity - why would this be deliberate?? naturally, i am concerned with the older Kimock and Lotus shows. not a knock on the archive - just wondering since i am computer stupid.

We were low on disk space after the move finished until they had time to convert all the old servers into free space. Lossless zips are big.

I'm hoping so. It's low priority right now though, there are obvious workarounds. (FTP, DownThemAll etc..) :)

yeah - i haven't tried those avenues yet. Will have to take a stab at that. Shouldn't be too tough for a computer moron like me :)
I get the idea it may take awhile. Still no problem though, if one wants it bad enough, one will take a route even if slow.
Thanks for answering, man. be the music :)
